How is the delivery process organised?
Please note that we can only hand over your order after full payment has been received.
For orders ex Loomis, you and the corresponding Loomis warehouse will receive a ‘release letter` as soon as we have received and booked the payment. This document authorises you to collect the goods.
For orders ex Münze Österreich, we will send you the final invoice by e-mail after receipt of payment. Further details about delivery and/or collection will be agreed during this process.
Is it possible for Münze Österreich to organise delivery?
For orders ex Münze Österreich we can organise delivery. Please note that we will charge the costs incurred for this. The corresponding invoice must be paid in euros.
For orders ex Loomis, we ask you to organise collection yourself.
Is it possible to collect goods ex Münze Österreich myself or organise their delivery myself?
You are welcome to organise delivery yourself or collect the goods yourself. The Tader Zone support team (Trader@muenzeoesterreich.at) will be happy to help you with the requisite documents/information. Please do not organise collection without our confirmation.
For shipments to third countries, the export accompanying document (ABD) is always provided by us.
What are the collection times?
Collection is possible from Monday to Thursday from 8:30–14:30; on Fridays collection is only possible until 12:30. Please coordinate each collection in advance with the Trader Zone support team (Trader@muenzeoesterreich.at).
