Who can use the Trader Zone?
The Trader Zone can be used by all Münze Österreich dealers.
What is the Trader Zone all about?
The Trader Zone allows you to place precious metal orders independently of our business hours via an online order form. You will also receive a clear list of all orders placed by your company in the last 12 months. You can call up the relevant documents for each order at any time. You can also view all advertising material for the investment products.
As a dealer, can I also order collector products online?
No, it is currently only possible to order investment products online via the Trader Zone. For orders of collector products, please continue to contact the Trader Zone support team (Trader@muenzeoesterreich.at) as usual.
I need current images of Vienna Philharmonic coins. Where can I find them?
Please go to the menu item ‘Advertising material’. Under the submenu ‘Product images’ you will find all images for download.
