Which storage location selection is displayed?
All dealers see the exact storage locations from where orders can be dispatched. The storage location from where the order is dispatched must be selected first. Only one storage location can be used per order.
Can coins and bars be ordered together?
No, the selection must be limited to exactly one precious metal form per order. It is not possible to order gold bars and gold coins or different precious metals together.
How does the fixing work?
Dealers can choose the fixing date on which they wish to place their order. A date can be selected up to a maximum of 30 days in the future, but please note our order deadlines for the respective fixing.

Gold PM: Mon - Thu 14:00/Fri 10:30
Silver: Mon - Fri 10:30 (please note that silver can only be fixed once a day)
Platinum AM: Mon - Fri 10:00
Platinum PM: Mon - Thu 14:00/Fri 10:30
Can the packaging units be changed?
No, the packaging units are fixed for each storage location and cannot be changed.
What happens after clicking on “Submit Order” in the order overview?
Your online order is binding. If the order is successful, you will be taken to a ‘Thank you page’ where you will also be shown the order number. Your order will then appear in your ‘Order overview’.
If the order is not successful, you will not receive an order number and will instead receive an error message from the system. In this case, please contact the Trader Zone support team at Trader@muenzeoesterreich.at.
What should I do if I have made a mistake with my order?
Changes are not possible in the Trader Zone. All orders are placed at your own risk. Münze Österreich accepts no liability for errors.
How can I specify a different delivery address?
If you require a delivery address that differs from the billing address, please contact us by e-mail (Trader@muenzeoesterreich.at) before submitting the order.
