When will I receive my invoice?
For orders ex Münze Österreich, you will receive a pro forma invoice for payment at around 2.45 pm (AM fixing) or 4.15 pm (PM fixing) on the fixing day.
For orders ex Loomis and/or ex own company warehouse, you will receive a final invoice at around 2.45 pm (AM fixing) or 4.15 pm (PM fixing) on the fixing day.
By when must the amount be paid?
Please ensure that payment is made within 2 banking days of the order being placed. You will find the corresponding date on the order confirmation and the (pro forma) invoice.
