How do I get login information?
Because the security of your online customer account is very important to us, online-only registration is not possible. Please contact us at Trader@muenzeoesterreich.at. We will then create the login and password for each user according to your company details.
I have forgotten my password – what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link on the login screen. Then assign a new password in accordance with the password rules provided. You must then confirm your password via your e-mail address.
My password has expired – what should I do?
Your password expires every few months for security reasons. When this happens, the portal will ask you to assign a new password.
You can change your password at any time in your online customer account under ‘Account Details’. Or you can use the same input option as for ‘Forgotten password’ and then enter a new password.
How can a colleague gain access to the Trader Zone?
It is not possible for you to add colleagues yourself. Please send an e-mail with the following information/data about the colleague:
- Name (first name and surname)
- Date of birth
- Citizenship
- Country of residence
- Position
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Copy of their identity card
How can an account be deleted?
If a colleague leaves your company, we will ask you for their details so that we can delete their account.
